• Guess it depends on your definition of "go the distance", maybe Smiling_Spirit meant something other then "better". Certainly, the Eagles let their differences affect their musical output. That might have been what was being referred to in "go the distance". I tend not to judge one performer against another, it's personal preference and how do you knock another's taste in music or even their opinion - it's theirs and they're entitled, as are we all. 
• ..did you say Bryan Adams is better than the Eagles? lol

• to be honest the Eagles didn't go the Distances. like the Rolling Stones, Bryan Adams, The Guess Who, And The List Can Go On lol But yeah The Eagles Are Good, Grown Up Listening To Them.. :)
