What people think about Halleluhwah:

  • This is the one I come back to again and again... one of the ones. I do wonder if anyone else thinks of the Happy Mondays (amongst other things) when hearing this.
  • I sincerely hope this doesn't bail out at 5.36...'damn their eyes'! Anyhow, the full version is compellingly ultra cool and great to dance/wriggle to :)
  • In high school I did a powerpoint project about billiards and used this magnificent beast of a song as the soundtrack and my teacher was all "What the hell is this crazy shit." A copy of a project ended up being sent to overseas moderators too and it's a shame I'll never get to hear what they thought of the song..
  • Good track, probably the best of the "improvised" tracks on the cd, Paperhouse and Mushroom are fantastic.
  • If you don't have Tago Mago get it!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of the most influential bands of today's music! Oh Yeah!!!!
  • Halleluhwah has 20 min... i think their best kraut album, drums rules (try it stoned) better i heard only in ash ra tempel (playing Klaus Schulze, so it will not be suprise:)
  • One of the coolest fucking jams I've ever listened to.
  • i really do not approve of a version of this existing that is not 18 minutes long! i have listened to it more times than i should though..
  • Hah, I don't think there will ever be a definitive reading of that line. I often hear "searching for my letterbomb".
  • "Searching for my blow-up doll, yes I am!" Anyone else take up this particular reading of Suzuki's growlings?
