What people think about Good Morning Little Schoolgirl:

  • Happy 40th birthday, 'Ssssh'! Anyone else notice how weird that spelling is? More like a snake than a librarian. From the sounds of this song, it's a trouser snake.
  • dodododo do do do duh doo duuh dooo
  • It's Johnny Winter! Alvin Lee and Johnny are not the same style. Both excellent blues guitarests. And what does Johnny Winter and Cops have in common?
  • johnny winters version is better
  • Is it just me but the vocals don't sound like Alvin Lee, perhaps it was one of the other guys. But I distinctly remember him singing this song. I am so confused.
  • They don't write 'em like this anymore. PRIMO!!!
  • awesome classic tune! \m/ ^_^ \m/
  • ... Really great instrumental / rhythm stuff , but as some long forgotten reviewer wrote when the vinyl was cut a lifetime ago , the tune's lyrics might be better "implied" than stated outright (Neither myself nor the "reviewer" qualify as prudish ; "traditionalists " might be a better fit . Anyway , Great axe work !
  • what a solo .... got to hear THAT
  • Alvin Lew plays with a religious fervour like he was playing for his life man.
