What people think about Magic Carpet Ride:

• The lead singers voice is simply awesome.... So ,gravelly and things......!!!! I have always enjoyed the "Born To Be Wild" soundtrack... Some great track on there. Sorry my right hand is beginning to pain me a little, bear with me please!

• I don't know how true it is, but I've heard this song was based on a certain college fraternity's induction ceremony. Now, I personally hate the Greeks (frats, not people from Greece) but love the song. I'd be very interested in knowing the truth.
